Shipment of your package

Packages containing citrus fruits are generally sent after 4/5 working days from receipt of payment (in the case of available product).

Some specific products on the list require longer shipping times than citrus fruits, this is caused by the processing time of the product itself.

If your order includes both products with short-term delivery and products with longer delivery times, the order will be processed in its entirety only when the product that requires longer time is actually available.

We will provide you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges, as well as postage costs.

The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment (More you buy, less you pay).

We advise you to group your items in a single order, as it is not possible to group two or more different orders made separately by the same customer.

Making several orders separately would mean the charge of the shipping costs for each of them (order).

If fragile items are ordered, they will be packaged using large and protective packaging, but we assume no liability for damaged items.

TYPICAL PRODUCTS: The products purchased in this section could be included in the package to replace some orange or citrus you bought in combination.

ACCORDING TO THE ITALIAN LAW, THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC PRODUCTS IS FORBIDDEN TO MINORS OF 18 YEARS, BY PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM THE "LIQUEURS AND ROSOLI" SECTION YOU DECLARE TO HAVE REACHED THE MAJORITY.

The courier is obliged to make 2 consecutive delivery attempts, leaving a notice in the event of absent recipient.

If the 2 attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be deposited at the post office indicated by the courier and the recipient himself will pick it up on site.

It would be advisable to provide a delivery address that is always repeatable to avoid inconvenience.

The courier has the obligation to deliver the package to the indicated street number, there is no telephone notice nor the delivery to the floors.

On delivery, always check the integrity of the package, if tampered with or damaged you can refuse or accept it with reserve, affixing the cause and a signature on the receipt provided by the courier
