INGREDIENTS: 45% tomato sauce, 35% swordfish, aubergines, sultanas, pine nuts, onion, mint, olive oil, salt, black pepper.
Storage: 4 years from the date of production, after opening, keep in the fridge and consume within 3 days.

Preparation: cook the busiate and drain al dente (Italian cooking of 6/7 minutes) finish cooking stirring in the swordfish sauce; when cooked, serve this excellent fish dish with a handful of toasted breadcrumbs.
